IRVING (AP) — The Dallas Cowboys have waived injured rookie running back Darrell Scott and replaced him by signing former TCU tailback Ed Wesley. The moves Thursday came a day after Scott sustained a hip injury in a pre-training camp workout for rookies and selected veterans.
